Creative Collective 063: Tides of Creativity

Columbia River – Hammond, OR – Fujifilm X-E4 & Fujinon 90mmNostalgia Color

Almost two years ago, I stayed at a house in Hammond, Oregon, right off of the Columbia River near where it meets the Pacific Ocean. Even though it’s a river, it is an estuary—a mix of salt and fresh water. At high tide, the river swells several feet higher than low tide. I spent some time on the rocks along the shore, and watched the tide come in and out.

Photographic life is like the Columbia River estuary.

I am already a Fujifilm x weekly member on the app. Now do I have to pay again to get access for the blog?

The App Patron and website Creative Collective are two separate things. The App is completely anonymous (I don’t collect any data, not even names or email addresses), so even if WordPress offered a way to connect the two systems (which they don’t), I still couldn’t, because I have no idea who is and isn’t a Patron. This is discussed in the FAQ section of the App page. https://fujixweekly.com/app/

Most of what I do, I do for free. The Creative Collective are bonus articles/content for those who want just a little more and want to support what I do.

I hope that all makes sense.

Also, I really appreciate your support on the App—thank you! 😀
